Questions Page
Bus travel
is cost effective.
- Bus
Charters are very cost effective. The best way
to evaluate this service is to consider the "per person"
cost relative to other transportation options. You'll find that,
even with small numbers in your group, a bus charter can be your
smartest alternative. A bus typically costs about $20 per person,
per day. Compare that to driving cars or flying when you include
all the costs - gas, insurance, airfares, transfers, baggage handling,
etc. Our Event Planning Team is expert in helping you evaluate your
transportation options and per-passenger-mile comparisons.
Trust the Experts
- It's also
important to recognize that bus pricing and service may vary widely.
Like airlines, hotels, and other travel services, prices fluctuate
based on supply and demand. Time of year, day of week, and type
of equipment, all go into the cost of the service at any point in
time. We can help demystify the process.
